MAN Contractors and Developers Ltd aim is to undertake and execute contracts of high quality in both contracting and development sectors, providing to their clients with a high level of service and professionalism, including rapid and flexible response to their requirements. It is the policy of the company to ensure that each contract is planned and carried out to the highest standard and conforms to both client requirements and best practice.

Implementation of this policy is the responsibility of every member of staff, starting with the Director, whose policy decisions enable the implementation of correct action throughout the organization. All Managers are responsible for implementing and maintaining this policy on each project.

The Company sets out the policies, procedures and operating practices to be followed. Every member of staff is to be familiar with this policy and the detailed procedures and practices applicable to their area of work. These procedures and practices are subject to regular monitoring and updating as and when necessary.

The Quality System has the full support of senior management and, together with the supporting procedures and work instructions, they ensure that activities are controlled in a manner compatible with achieving contractual obligations effectively. It is mandatory that all staff adhere to the documented company procedures in order to achieve a consistent approach to Quality Assurance.

The company is fully committed in maintaining, improving and reviewing on a year interval a Quality System that meets in all respects the requirements of:

This review will include assessment of Quality objectives.

This QUALITY POLICY is subject for revision once a year if necessary.
