Design and Build of Retail / Office Space

MAN Contractors and Developers Ltd has been appointed as Design and Build Contractor for Architectural conception of mixed use retail / office space in Nicosia for Quality Link and Vavel Net Media to be known as Quality-Vavel on a negotiated contract basis.

The building will comprise of basement, retail space at ground floor and offices on upper floors.

Works are due to start in March 2014 and completion is expected within 12 calendar months.
