MAN Contractors and Developers Ltd was founded in March 2003 as a building contracting company. In March 2005 the company was expanded with the establishment of its development sector.

Since its foundation, the company has made remarkable growth and is established in the Cyprus market as a medium sized building and civil engineering contractor, flexible and dynamic organization.
The company, as a contractor, undertakes works covering all aspects of contracting from building, civil to energy and industrial.
As a developer, the company undertakes the design, finance, construction and maintenance of high quality and standard buildings and the design and sub-division of land.

Specifically the major activities of the company are:
 

FOR THE CONSTRUCTION DIVISION
   
Building Contracting
  This division undertakes the construction and/or design of both public and private sector projects.
Maintenance & Refurbishment
 

Building Maintenance and Refurbishment Works are executed by this division in tight time schedules with some projects maintaining operational status. Projects range from refurbishment of military camps and defense facilities to structural repairs of buildings and upgrade of services.
Civil Engineering Contracting
 

This division is set up to undertake the execution of various civil engineering works. Projects range from earth moving, box culverts and sub division of building plots, construction of roads and services.
Energy & Industrial
  This division has been specially set up to execute construction and engineering works, maintenance and repair works on petroleum facilities. The division also, substantially operates in the Asbestos Removal and Decontamination market. Furthermore, it operates in the Power (Energy) sector offering a range of services such as Boiler cleaning, Bulk Fuel Oil Tanks (BFOTs’) maintenance works (sludge removal/gas free/blasting and painting).
 
FOR THE development DIVISION
   
Land & Building Development
  This department undertakes the design, construction and finance of land and building projects.
  Projects range from housing complexes and blocks of flats to commercial buildings and tourist resorts.
 
The quality of work and efficiency, coupled with financial capability, has ensured full satisfaction of the Company's clients.
 
The Company is registered with the Council for the Registration and Control of Building and Civil Engineering Contractors, as a third Class Contractor for building works.
 
The Company has specialized department for Health and Safety and Environmental issues. In December 2005 has been accredited by the European Inspection and Certification Company S.A. and has achieved of registration to the OHSAS 18001/ELOT 1801 for both building and civil engineering works.
 
In December 2005 the Company has also been accredited by the European Inspection and Certification Company S.A. to the ISO 9001:2000 and has achieved of registration to ELOT EN ISO 9001:2000.
 

In October 2009 the Company has been accredited by the European Inspection and Certification Company S.A. to the Environmental Management System and has achieved of registration to ELOT EN ISO 14001:2004.
